Getting Started

From install to your first live subscription, end to end.

Subscription Concierge is currently in private beta and installed directly on a per-store basis — there's no public App Store listing yet. Request early access and we'll get your store connected.

1. Install and connect your store

Installation is a standard Shopify OAuth flow: you approve the requested permissions (product, order, and subscription-contract read/write access), and the app creates an admin account for your store automatically using your staff email. No separate signup or password — your Shopify login is the login.

2. Set up your subscription tiers

In Tier Management, define the subscription options you want to offer — each tier is a set of interchangeable products a customer can pick from, at a set price. This is the minimum needed before customers can subscribe to anything.

3. (Optional) Set up bundles and upsells

4. Configure merchant settings

In Settings, turn on and tune the two proactive customer-retention features:

5. Invite your team

Under User Management, invite teammates by email and assign them a role — Admin (full read/write access) or Viewer (read-only). Every time someone views a customer or subscription record, it's recorded in the Staff Access Log, visible to admins.

6. Add the customer-facing pieces to your storefront

Two storefront surfaces need to be placed once, through Shopify's own theme/checkout editors (this is a normal part of any Shopify app that adds storefront UI, not something we can do for you from the dashboard):

7. You're live

From here, customers subscribing through your storefront are on real Shopify subscription contracts, managed through Subscription Concierge. Keep an eye on Analytics for cohort LTV, churn by tier, and inventory forecasting as your subscriber base grows.
